Pineapple Sour Cream Pie
The easiest pie I have ever made! Put it together and refrigerate and you're ready to go! And don't forget the whipped cream.

  • 1 9 " pie crust or purchased crust
  • 1- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1- 6 serving size vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  1. Make your pie crust and bake until ready. If ready-made follow directions on package. Cool.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a deep bowl.
  3. Pour into a 9" baking pie shell.
  4. Refrigerate until set.
  5. Whip cream and serve alongside the pie. (optional)
