Gremolata Sauce
A fresh fragrant sauce that can be used as a dip, rub or condiment.

Serves: 2 cups
  • 2 cups chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • ¼ cup grated lemon zest
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper as needed
  • juice of one lemon
  1. In a small bowl, combine the parsley, zest and garlic.
  2. Stir in the oil, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. This sauce is best when made earlier in the day.
