Fresh Corn Guacamole with Nigella Seeds with the Guac-Lock
There's nothing like fresh corn anything! Add it to your guacamole and it's refreshing and sweet! This recipe can be easily doubled for a large crowd.

Serves: 1½-2 cups
  • 4 avocados, pitted
  • Zest and juice of 2 limes
  • ½ ear of fresh corn kernels
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup finely diced fresh cilantro
  • sprinkle of nigella seeds
  • 2-3 drops of Tabasco
  • salt and pepper
  1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocados.
  2. Add the remainder of ingredients.
  3. Gently mix together.
  4. Serve with chips or vegetables.
  5. Taste for extra seasonings.
