How to Make Breakfast Bulgur
An easy grain to cook and add to several of your dishes. Add bulgur for extra nutritional benefits to your soups, meatballs, and salads.

fine or medium bulgur

kosher salt

water

Rinse and drain the bulgur.

Bring 1 cup of water and salt to a boil in a heavy saucepan.

Stir in the bulgur, cover, and remove from the heat.

Leave the bulgur to steep, covered for 15 minutes.

Drain off excess water, and fluff with a fork.
