
Follow these few steps to serve a delicious pork tenderloin. Most tenderloins come with 2, which can serve up to 6-8 people.
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
Using a large skillet, place over a medium heat and add olive oil.
Pat the tenderloin dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.
Add the meat to the pan, and brown the pork on both sides.
Carefully remove from the heat and add the vinegar.
Place the skillet in the oven, and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 180 degrees. (well done) or 160 degrees (medium).
Pull out of the oven, and cover to rest for 10-15 minutes.
Slice into 1/2 inch slices and serve.
