Our Leek and Feta Pie will be a hands-on class, on August 23rd, from 11:30-1:30.
This is one of my most popular appetizers and everyone will take home a 1/2sheet pan of their own to take home and cook. Featured in the photo is a full tray, you will be takin home a 1/2 tray. You will learn how to work with phyllo and make the filling for the pie. It will make 12 small pieces or 6 large pieces.

Please bring an apron and wear casual clothing with closed toe shoes. Everyone will be cooking so safety is important.
