Her book also introduces you to beauty uses, home uses and health uses. This recipe comes from her chapter,  Cozy Up Your Breakfast. 🫐🫐🫐 Recipe: Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes.  Instructions: 1 sweet potato, yogurt to taste. blueberries to taste, nut butter to taste, granola to taste. cinnamon to taste.  Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Wash the potato, place on a baking sheet, and bake for an hour, or until the inside is soft. Cut the potato in half and stuff with yogurt, blueberries,nut butter, and granola. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!

    Roasted Honey Strawberries on Buckwheat Pancakes w Roasted Honey Strawberries on Buckwheat Pancakes with Coconut and Slivered Almonds.  Vegan Desserts - task 64- 🍐🍓🥭🍇Roasting Fruits can be made from most fruit, even those not in season.  Roasting adds a punch of sweetness with a boost of flavor. Great addition to cakes, pies, breads, ice cream and gelato. The sweet remaining juice can be used as a topping, which I did here. I baked these at 400 degrees for 15 minutes with ripened strawberries, unripened may take longer. Think about other fruits you can use such as pineapple, grapes, figs, pears, peaches berries, citrus to name just a few! #californiagreekgirl
